About Robo Reliance
Robo Reliance LLC is a Colorado-based field service company founded in September 2024. We provide third-party installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial and emerging robotics platforms across the United States.
The robotics industry is deploying faster than it can support itself. Robot manufacturers do not want to build internal field service organizations. The companies deploying robots in commercial kitchens, warehouses, farms, and healthcare facilities do not have robotics technicians on staff. When something breaks, downtime costs thousands of dollars per hour.
Robo Reliance is the independent service layer between robot manufacturers and the businesses deploying them. We operate a nationwide network of 1099 independent technicians, certified to install, maintain, and repair commercial robotics platforms across food service, warehouse and logistics, agriculture, healthcare, and humanoid robots.
Our model is capital-light by design. No fleet, no warehouse, no W-2 overhead. Technicians are recruited from relevant technical backgrounds, certified through our platform-specific training programs, and deployed locally in markets where client demand exists. As clients add deployments in a region, we add technicians.
We exist so that robot manufacturers can focus on building and selling, robot deployers can focus on running their businesses, and the industry has a service layer that scales with deployment.

Leadership
Steve Urban is the Founder and Chairman/COO of Robo Reliance. He has more than 30 years of P&L leadership experience and is the Founder and CEO of Riderflex, a national executive recruiting firm. He is the author of four books and the host of the Riderflex Podcast, with more than 400 episodes.
Scott Kegerreis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Robo Reliance. He is a career B2B sales leader with more than 25 years of experience building and running revenue organizations across multiple industries. Scott is also Co-Founder and President of Riderflex, a national executive recruiting firm he co-founded with Steve Urban in 2016, Co-Owner and CEO of Kura Home Services, and an active angel investor with Denver Angels. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Daniel Felt — Co-Founder, CMO. Serial entrepreneur and founder of Kura Home, a multi-location home maintenance franchise across four states. Leads marketing and brand.
Brianna Derrera — CFO. Operations and finance leader with an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and a background in business operations and financial oversight at Riderflex.
Steve Wishstar — CTO. CEO and CTO of Redefine Technologies with 40+ years in software engineering for organizations including NASA, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. Stanford M.S. in mathematics and physics.
