Robo Reliance installs, maintains, and repairs warehouse and logistics robots across the United States, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), goods-to-person systems, robotic picking arms, and automated sortation. We are an independent, third-party field service partner, not tied to any one OEM.

Warehouse fleets run long shifts, and a stalled robot backs up fulfillment. Our technicians handle installation and commissioning, scheduled preventive maintenance, and on-site break-fix repair, with after-hours and weekend coverage available. Remote diagnostics and support can resolve many faults before a technician is dispatched.

We recruit 1099 technicians market by market around each client’s deployments. Our CTO vets every technician, and each one is trained and certified on the client’s platform before dispatch. Every visit is logged as a service ticket.
