Cleaning Robot Repair and Service

Robo Reliance installs, maintains, and repairs cleaning robots across the United States, including autonomous floor scrubbers, robotic sweepers, and commercial vacuum robots in offices, warehouses, retail stores, schools, airports, and hotels. We are an independent, third-party field service partner, not tied to any one OEM.

Cleaning robots run on tight schedules, and a robot out of service means floors do not get cleaned. Our technicians handle installation and commissioning, scheduled preventive maintenance, and on-site break-fix repair, with after-hours and weekend coverage available. Remote diagnostics and support can resolve many faults before a technician is dispatched.

We recruit 1099 technicians market by market around each client’s deployments. Our CTO vets every technician, and each one is trained and certified on the client’s platform before dispatch. Every visit is logged as a service ticket.

Common questions: Who repairs commercial cleaning robots? Robo Reliance services commercial, industrial, and home robots of all kinds. See every industry we serve.
