Robo Reliance installs, maintains, and repairs delivery robots across the United States, including sidewalk delivery robots, restaurant and hotel delivery robots, and last-mile autonomous delivery platforms. We are an independent, third-party field service partner, not tied to any one OEM.

Delivery robots work in public, where a stalled unit is noticed right away. Our technicians handle installation and commissioning, scheduled preventive maintenance, and on-site break-fix repair, with after-hours and weekend coverage available. Remote diagnostics and support can resolve many faults before a technician is dispatched.

We recruit 1099 technicians market by market around each client’s deployments, so OEMs and operators do not have to build their own service organization. Our CTO vets every technician, and each one is trained and certified on the client’s platform before dispatch. Every visit is logged as a service ticket.
