Robo Reliance installs, maintains, and repairs healthcare robots across the United States, including hospital delivery and logistics robots, disinfection and UV-sanitizing robots, pharmacy and supply transport robots, and service robots in clinics, senior living, and care facilities. We are an independent, third-party field service partner, not tied to any one OEM.

In hospitals and care facilities, robots carry supplies and take routine tasks off staff, so a robot out of service puts that work back on people. Our technicians handle installation and commissioning, scheduled preventive maintenance, and on-site break-fix repair, with after-hours and weekend coverage available. Remote diagnostics and support can resolve many faults before a technician is dispatched.

We recruit 1099 technicians market by market around each client’s deployments. Our CTO vets every technician, and each one is trained and certified on the client’s platform before dispatch. Every visit is logged as a service ticket.
