Robo Reliance installs, maintains, and repairs hotel and hospitality robots across the United States, including room-service delivery robots, concierge and lobby robots, restaurant server and busser robots, and floor-care robots. We are an independent, third-party field service partner, not tied to any one OEM.

Hospitality robots work in front of guests, so a robot out of service is noticed right away. Our technicians handle installation and commissioning, scheduled preventive maintenance, and on-site break-fix repair, with after-hours and weekend coverage available. Remote diagnostics and support can resolve many faults before a technician is dispatched.

We recruit 1099 technicians market by market around each client’s deployments. Our CTO vets every technician, and each one is trained and certified on the client’s platform before dispatch. Every visit is logged as a service ticket.
